I purchased this dress along with two others during a David's Bridal online sale. I did not return this dress in time, so now I am trying to sell it so I don't lose all of the money I put into it. It has only been worn to try on. I tried it on twice, once with an a-line slip and once with a ballgown slip. The skirt flares enough to work with either slip. The ball gown slip does shorten the dress slightly. I am 5'4" and the ball gown slip shortened this dress just enough that I could wear it without having it altered. As far as sizing goes, I wear 18/20 size jeans depending on the store, and this dress fit me like a dream.
As far as the design goes, this dress is gorgeous. The beading is delicate and simple, but still beautiful. It wraps around the front, and then follows the back of the dress down through the train.
