The dress is brand new, only tried on in the store prior to purchase and still has the original tags on. It has not been altered and has never been worn for any pictures. It has been enclosed in the garment bag and stored in a clean/dry area. I think this dress is so beautiful, it's just not "the one" for me. It can be worn as a sleeveless dress or as a cap sleeve.
